Hotdog curry is a blend of East meets West. And so am I. My mom is from India and my dad was from Portugal. Growing up, her cooking combined the best flavours and methods from both cultures. And so my palette evolved craving classic Goan curries like Sorpatel to Kraft dinner with Tabasco to grilled processed cheese on Wonder Bread. On this blog I will share the recipes that I grew up on and many that I’ve picked up along the way.
